Our unwavering mission
At Saintsalive-dna, our main mission is to be unwavering advocates for our homeless communities in Columbus. We are actively out in the community, supplying our friends in need with essential clothing, nourishing sandwiches, personal care products, tents, and candles. Beyond immediate relief, we also provide crucial assistance with obtaining photo IDs, household items, and groceries, empowering individuals on their path to stability.

Providing essential support
We've been present in Columbus for so long that our friends experiencing homelessness know where to find us and openly communicate their needs. We respond by consistently providing vital supplies such as tents, tarps, nourishing food, warm clothing, essential household items, comforting candles, and soft blankets. Our support is tailored to their immediate needs, offering dignity and practical assistance.

The spark of empathy
Saintsalive-dna began as a deeply personal journey. Witnessing individuals asking for help on street corners in Columbus, and feeling uncertain how to assist, led to a moment of profound realization. Listening to a talk show quoting the verse, "I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me," sparked a revelation. It became clear it was time to actively help others, transforming personal reflection into community action.
"Our crew are such giving, warm, loving people who do this out of the goodness of their hearts. We make sure all the focus is on who we are helping, not on ourselves."
